Caprice was born and raised in Calaveras County and is the 7th generation of her family to grow up in this area. Caprice married her high school sweetheart, Timothy, in 1991 and in 2006 they realized one of their life goals and built their dream home on the family ranch that was once owned by Caprice’s grandfather. Caprice and Tim have carried on the family tradition by raising their two daughters, Aspyn and Dakota, in Calaveras County. Aspyn is currently a business major at the University of Oregon with plans on attending law school and Dakota is attending a private school on the East Coast where she plans on getting her Masters degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics while also playing volleyball.
In 1989, Caprice obtained her real estate license and helped her mom, Billie, open Busy Bee Realty. Together they worked side by side to create a friendly, professional atmosphere for their agents and clients to work and do business in. In 2010 Billie decided that it was time to slow down and although she is still the Owner/Broker of Busy Bee Realty she no longer represents buyers and sellers and counts on Caprice to handle the daily operations of the business.
The thing that gives Caprice the greatest satisfaction in her career is educating her prospective buyers and sellers on the current market condition, so that they can make informed decisions when it comes to buying and selling property. Caprice gives all of her clients a hard working, honest approach whether buying or selling a home. In doing this, she has found that her clients fast become her friends. Her hard work, dedication and experience have made Caprice one of the top agents in the Valley Springs area.
